Shake off the winter blues with a fun workshop at The Village Potter!

We will be making large rectangular or oblong planters from slabs of clay! Learn how to work with soft slabs of clay! We will be texturing and decorating the soft slabs before building the form and then using press molded decoration to adorn the outside with geometric and floral designs! We will complete your masterpiece with a wash of stains and maybe just a touch of color to enhance your design!

This is a more technically advanced workshop and will take approximately 3 hours 

All ages are welcome but children  should have an accompanying parent to help!
